Industry Luncheon

With the NSW Government announcing the fast track rezoning of 10 precincts in the budget, join us as for this luncheon as we launch the UDIA NSW policy paper on how the Government can improve precinct planning, rapidly creating great places and housing to tackle the affordability crisis. During the lunch, we will also hear from guest speaker Mr Paul Scully MP, Shadow Minister for Planning and Public Spaces, who will discuss Labor’s policies to improve the planning system, housing affordability and the supply of new homes. To conclude the event, our Roy Sheargold Scholarship winner Joshua Pineda, Senior Project Manager at Orion Consulting, will present an update on his research project about smart cities. Applications for the 2022 Roy Sheargold Scholarship will open at this event.
