Steven Mann, Chief Executive

Steven Mann is the Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Development Institute of Australia NSW. The institute is the leading body representing the interests of the property development industry. Previously, Steven worked in senior executive positions at Stockland, and Wyong Shire Council.

Anthony Nicolaou, General Manager Sales and Marketing

Anthony is the General Manager of Sales and Marketing at UDIA NSW. He oversees UDIA NSW's membership, sponsorship and marketing.

Kylie Prince, General Manager Operations

Kylie is the General Manager of Operations at UDIA NSW. She oversees the coordination of all events held throughout the year including luncheons, industry briefings, regional events, the annual State Conference and the Annual Awards for Excellence program, judging tour and Gala Dinner. She will also manage the 2021 UDIA National Summit.

Russell King, General Manager Policy, Research & Corporate Affairs

Russell is responsible for the development of the corporate strategy for UDIA NSW as well as the development and implementation of an economic research strategy & action plan designed to build UDIA’s brand & reputation for evidence based research. Russell works closely with the Policy team in preparing robust and well researched policy submissions to government. He also manages the City Life Labs program which involves partnerships with the development industry to research ways to harness technology to impact positively on urban planning and smart city growth.

Elizabeth York, Hunter and Central Coast Manager

Elizabeth is the Regional Manager for our Central Coast and Hunter Chapters at UDIA NSW. Her role involves co-ordinating both the Hunter Chapter Committee and Central Coast Chapter Committee, including identifying local industry issues and developing policy responses, arranging and attending stakeholder meetings, workshops and Hunter Chapter events, and growing regional membership.

Michael Murrell, Planning Policy Manager

Michael is responsible for engaging with and shaping government planning policy, and drives UDIA NSW policy development including preparing policy papers and submissions to government and other major stakeholders. Michael supports the design and development of research and analysis that underpins policy advocacy and responses to government policy, building and maintaining UDIA’s brand & reputation for evidence-based research and advocacy for the development industry.

David White, Greater Western Sydney & Southern Region Manager

David is the Greater Western Sydney & Southern Region Manager at UDIA NSW. David is responsible for representing the interests of UDIA NSW in Western Sydney and Southern NSW with a particular focus on Western Sydney Greenfield Regions, the Illawarra, and Shoalhaven. David leads the advocacy agenda for the development industry in the Western Parkland City and in the NSW Southern Region and engages with industry and Government stakeholders in Western Sydney and the Southern Region.

Deanna Lane, Media & Communications Manager

Deanna is the Media & Communications Manager at UDIA NSW. Deanna is responsible for the strategy and delivery of all media relations and communications to build UDIA’s media profile and elevate important industry issues to decision makers and influencers Deanna also provides editorial guidance and support for UDIA policy, research and events publications.

Chloe de Ville, Manager, Events & Professional Development

Chloe is the Manager, Events & Professional Development at UDIA NSW. Chloe is responsible for the efficient management of the events and training team as well as the Signature event series, the annual Awards for Excellence program, the International Study Tour, and the Professional Development program.

Caitlyn Douglas, Events Manager

Caitlyn is the Events Manager at UDIA NSW. Caitlyn runs the Regional, Research, Young Leaders', Corporate Boardroom Luncheon and Legends & Legacy events series', the UDIA TV virtual event series, Project Site Tours and she assists to coordinate our Signature event series. Caitlyn also coordinates the Roy Sheargold Scholarship, Leadership Awards for Excellence and Legends & Legacy programs.

Angus Mann, Research Manager

Angus is the Research Manager at UDIA NSW. He undertakes quantitative analysis to support UDIA advocacy, prepares market intelligence reports, and coordinates IT and website projects.

Kezia Wallace, Corporate Services Manager

Kezia is the Corporate Services Manager at UDIA NSW. She coordinates the Urban Icon and UDIA NSW Awards magazines, and manages the design aspect of UDIA NSW publications. Kezia also assists the General Manager Sales & Marketing with sponsorship administration.

Trish Bailey, Finance Manager

Trish is the Finance Manager at UDIA NSW. She looks after all the financial aspects of UDIA and prepares all of UDIA’s monthly financial reports for submission to Council.

Louisa Liu, Assistant Accountant

Louisa is the Assistant Accountant at UDIA NSW. She assists the Finance Manager to look after all the financial aspects of UDIA.
