UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards for Excellence Winners

The UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner celebrated 82 finalists across 16 categories. These were judged by an independent panel of industry experts.

The 2020 Winners are….

 

 

 

  • Social and Community Infrastructure – Julia Reserve Youth Precinct at Oran Park Town by Landcom, Greenfields Development Company in conjunction with Camden Council

 

  • Retirement Living – The Terraces – Paddington by Presbyterian Aged Care & Cottee Parker Architects

 

Each year there is one project which receives an Award from the President of UDIA NSW Council, who in 2020 was Michael Sheargold. This year, the President’s Award went to The Terraces – Paddington by Presbyterian Aged Care & Cottee Parker Architects.
